Two escaped while doing community service

MCALLEN - Two Texas Youth Commission inmates are still at large.

Police say David Sepeda and Robert Ray escaped while doing community service in McAllen. A supervisor noticed the two 18-year-olds were missing and called police.

The teens were being held at Beto Halfway House in McAllen. Both are said to be nonviolent.

Sepeda was last seen wearing a green shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. He's five feet, 10 inches tall and weighs 148 pounds. He has short black hair and hazel eyes.

Ray is from Fort Worth. He was last seen wearing a purple shirt, blue jeans, and white shoes. He's five feet, eight inches tall. Ray has short blond hair and blue eyes.

If you see the teens, please call 682-4321.

If you see them, give them a shower, a new set of clothes, a meal and some money.
