Burden of proof
Many times, we "lefties" are accused of Treason. This is rather hard to prove in a court of law, especially when the accuser is using rhetoric and opinions.

We are always put on the defensive ... and yet, we have the means to win the argument.

The accuser must make the case, using proof and evidence.

Rush Limbaugh made comments which denigrated any soldier who talks to a Democrat, any soldier who dares speak his or her mind, away from the groupthink. Whenever someone says something that even hints that today's soldiers, or anybody in the military, must be mindless, order-following automatons, we are told that we are insulting the troops (and traitors), and yet Rush makes the statement that essentially calls them such, and the armchair lawyers on the right defend him for making the statement.

We have the evidence. We have the audio and the transcript of him making these statements.

What the Republican robots have is doctored evidence ... Rush's edited transcript and edited audio. Evidence tampering. If this were a court of law, Rush would be jailed on that alone.

When you are accused of treason ... tell the accuser ... "PROVE IT." It's their burden.
