"Burden of proof" has little relevance ...
They accuse us of treason. We accuse them of various/sundry forms of criminality.

"Burden of proof" has little relevance in a Police State.

Did our bright and shiny Dem-majority congress recently unanimously hand GWB a new license to electronically spy on US citizens (possibly in violation of at least 1 court ruling)???

Did our erstwhile Congress give a fig or a fart for "Burden of proof"? Weren't we all "Guilty Until Proven Innocent"??
