My husband's from NH. My in laws are in NH. I am in NH several times a year.

I have never personally experienced problems there - with the citizens or law enforcement.

But I think the OP is trying to illustrate that, were the situation reversed, a black person...or even a liberal of any persuasion....would probably be more likely to end up arrested, even if he was legally packing heat....and they sure as hell would NOT be given a platform on Hardball.

It's speculation, not accusation. I think the OP is not meaning to focus on NEW HAMPSHIRE as much as on the widespread acceptable law enforcement DOUBLE STANDARD.

No one is meaning to literally trash New Hampshire, or imply that the state is full of racists.

I didn't mean to say that New Hampshire didn't have blacks, that assertion would be ridiculous ...

But a black man with a gun is constantly a scary thought to quite a lot of whites ...

Tell me, just for kicks ... when you think of gangs, does the image of Los Angeles come to mind first, or does "Sharks vs Jets"? (not a slight against you)
