Ugh. This is what gives lawyers a bad name -- can't wait to hear the calls of "tort reform" after this.

If the small number of scumbag personal injury lawyers would just sit the fuck down, the rest of the good, caring, fight-the-power lawyers would have a lot more freedom to practice their craft of protecting us from corporate America.
