It's the RICO lawsuit filed last year by the widow of one of the victims of 9/11--now been filed under Rodriguez--Elliot Spitzer, AG, has the case.

After downloading it, did you read it? Plaintiff, William Rodriguez, who allegedly was a WTC janitor (who allegedly possessed certain WTC keys) that assisted NYPD and NYFD rescue ppl from the WTC on 9-11 . . . he's alleging that he cannot work due to 9-11 and he's asking the court to award him damages ($$$$) as a result of it. He's also asking the federal court to order the defendants to do certain things. Read it. The first name that you see on this complaint filing is the name of the attorney (Berg) who represents the plaintiff Rodriquez.

This lawsuit isn't worth the paper that it's typed on. What a damn joke. And a Pennsylvania federal court? Oh, well, what can I say that I haven't already stated.

However, if I may make a suggestion. The next time you post a url hyperlink that is a 237 page .pdf drop, would you kindly forewarn us DUers of such a lengthy .pdf content? Thanks. Some of us have dial-up access and such a large .pdf download has a tendency to *freeze* some computers -- Adobe Reader webpages aren't too terrific to download.
