I wonder - everybody was expecting Bush to push for Scalia to go for Chief Justice of the SCOTUS.

And now, "Bush's boy" is being heralded as the heir apparent for the CJ seat. Wonder if Scalia is boiling mad . . .

Also, I've been hearing that Rehnquist was "the vote that put Bush in the White House" - BULL*HIT. The vote that tipped it was "that liberal swing vote bitch" Sandy.
