It seriously aggravates me that that Hitler-type goes free. She plots to create fear in America by which she and her evil allies can gain power, to hurt us as they see fit.

I think this is, overall, a sign of a bigger issue of state powers being very ambiguous. The old way of thinking about states, as independent entities loosely grouped together by a common constitution, needs to die. Instead, we should think of states as geographic districts, "counties of counties".
