Going to be eighty one in a couple weeks..am asking for a new "memory
stick" with a lot of GBs for a gift. :):) Seriously, wouldn't it be great if we could just buy some
more memory?........z

16. I'm (only) 73 but my memory capacity has declined -
- quite a bit. Especially the short-term component.

But I've found a computer program, called Alarm++, which is extremely helpful. It pops up reminders for everything and anything I need to be reminded of, such as things I need to do tonight, tomorrow, next week, or something I want to do next July. It's easy to use and is loaded with useful, handy features.

I couldn't get along without it. Alarm++.

17. I'm just behind you but I also note the short term problem.
I am aware it is happening. I have made it a point to now write everything down immediately or I'll stand there, knowing that I have to make a note and can't remember what I should put on that note. It seems to be immediate loss, I remember later.

Bothers the heck out of me.

18. Yes, know exactly how you feel..
Have the same problem. Frustrating, isn't it? But then, think of all the mileage we've put
on our brain cells. Have read a lot of your posts. You sounds as though you are as sharp as
a needle...z

21.  I am 77 and have the same wish,but there are advantages.
I can read a terrific book and 6 months later I can read it again and it's like a new discovery.

Same with movies !

Gotta look at the bright side.

Happy birthday in advance.
