Tax Fears Help Bush's Plan Win Business Backing(on killing Soc Sec)
Manufacturers, restaurateurs and small firms are lining up in favor of restructuring Social Security -- and averting higher payroll levies.

Times Staff Writer

January 30, 2005

Some of the nation's major business organizations are preparing to enter the fray over restructuring Social Security, spurred by concern that companies could get stuck with the bill if the system faces money shortfalls.

The groups, including manufacturers, restaurant owners and small businesses, say they will spend millions of dollars to support President Bush's efforts to create private Social Security investment accounts. 1. But if the PIRATIZATION even has a hiccup
even a one calendar quarter hiccup -- they will see a tsunami of NON FRIVOLOUS CLASS ACTION LAW SUITS beyond the wildest wet dreams of Consumer/Shareholder Class Action Lawyer Bill Lerach, NY AG Eliot Spitzer and CA AG Bill Lockyer -- and every Lerach-Spitzer-Lockyer wannabe.

"Just delay your retirement a year or two until the market comes back" will ring down like "Let them eat cake."

You think tobacco and asbestos and medical malpractice were big --- you ain't seen nuthin yet - as the trial lawyers lick their chops.:9

Just remember-- The Seventh Amendment - Article VII

In Suits at common law, where the value in controversy shall exceed twenty dollars, the right of trial by jury shall be preserved, and no fact tried by a jury, shall be otherwise re-examined in any Court of the United States, than according to the rules of the common law.
