Mouse balls to the rescue...
Sorry, don't have a link, but just heard on the radio that Science has a paper by German researchers that they have a breakthrough in getting usable stem cells from mouse testicles. They think this may eventually avoid the need for fetal tissue for human stem cell research if it proves to be true in humans, too.

Apparently, research in mouse testicle cells has been big for years, and they finally have some good news.

(Who volunteers for that needle to supply the samples?)
