Looking more closely, I found the link to the page you provided, hidden away in the lower right corner of the Macromedia page.

Crappy design -- but with this administration, I can't help but wonder what's deliberate and what is not. The "rah-rah" crap about Bush is right there plain to see, the substance of what NASA does is hidden away.
