A light novel: "Citizen Girl"

Emma McLaughlin and Nicola Kraus have written a light novel with a great deal of depth.

The protagonist isn't just called "girl" but is actually named "Girl."

That's a bit of a spoiler because if you read the book without knowing it, it often takes several chapters to figure it out.

But this book makes clear exactly how our culture impacts on female lives, particularly in the areas of male/female relationships, jobs, and feminism.

While this is not great literature, and is a quick read, I'll give it five stars for insight and highly recommend it, particularly to those who are concerned with the prevalence of porn in today's world.
