Is Emily's list still relevant?

It started in order to promote women candidates (I am not even sure whether it is only for Democrats or also for Republicans).

But here we have a woman Presidential candidate and many women say that they are not going to vote for her just because she is a woman - which is quite appropriate. And, of course, several influential women politicians are endorsing her opponent.

Thus, I am curious of whether Emily's List is still relevant.
