Good vegetarian restaurants in the Dalla area?

I am going to be in Dallas from 17th to 24th staying at an airport hotel. I will have a vehicle, so I can get around. Any good vegetarian places? Anybody up for having supper with a Wisconsin boy?

2. Not a vegetarian restaurant, but a fabulous vegetarian entree:

Avocado enchiladas with salsa de crema. There a few locations in the Dallas area.

3. I've heard good things about Kalachandji's Palace & Restaurant

4. We went to Kalachandji's

and all I can say is Holy Shit. That place was fantastic. We had a buffet for $7. They had the best barbeque tofu I have ever had the pleasure to eat. If you are in Dallas, go to this place. It is in a place where you wouldn't just happen by it if you were doing tourist stuff, but I wish we had a place like this here.
