Puppy tortured ...please help.

This is a petition on Care2 and I strongly advise against reading what it is. I read one line and couldn't go on. It's just horrific.

It's asking that the two that tortured a puppy get the maximum sentence.

7. honestly, I can't even read it. ....

I read one line of the petition and signed it. Just makes me so sick. They should get life in prison, since they are scum and will do this again. Next time though, it will be a person. :(
