1. Sounds to me like

an "inside job" what with the new location, having been closed, etc.

As an aside, I have to admit that I always think about what kind of responses a post like this would get elsewhere. You know...demands for an alibi from Rod Coronado, accusations of PETA funding the fire...

Makes me laugh.
