Vitamins
I'm getting low on Multivitamins and Calcium +D supplements and will need to purchase a new bottle of each soon. I can't remember which form of Vitamin D is of animal origin--D2 or D3. Could somebody remind me please? Also, is there anything else I need to be aware of (other than avoiding gelatin) so I don't inadvertently get animal products in my next batch of vitamins? Thanks in advance!

1. D3 is animal-derived, D2 is veg.
For a multi, unless it's labeled as being vegan you're pretty much either going to have to contact the company that makes it or assume it's not, too many things that could go either eay. Unless your local HFS has a good selection, it might be easier to just order online.

2. That's what I thought
Of course everything in the standard pharmacy is D3 so I'm going to have to check the specialty stores. If I have no luck there I'll check your link. Thanks! :-)

4. Solaray has a line of vegan supplements called VegLife.
I use several of these and quite like them.

5. I know a couple of stores in the area that sell Solaray products
Hopefully they'll carry the VegLife supplements. If not I'll try the links others have provided.
