7. Ooh, I got a good idea for that.

My ex-coworker got a dehydrator for a few bucks at the thrift store- she's been slicing sweet potatoes, apples, etc and drying them out and her boy absolutely loves them.

2. Nuttin'

I've been cleaning all day long. My moms are coming out west to visit today, so I had to set a bedroom in what is really the dining room (and where my husband has clearly been stashing all the junk mail!)

Now, what to have for dinner...? This could take some doing.

I made some polenta. Tomorrow I'll bake it & serve with tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms & onions. My tomato plants are loaded. I picked all the red ones today & will have to pick more in a few days. :thumbsup:
