Does anyone make their own soy or rice milk? |
|
Hello.
I find that both my sinuses and skin behave better when I cut back on dairy. I'm interested in making my own milk (either soy or rice), and I was wondering if anyone had a particular favorite recipe.
I notice that some recipes call for heating the soy beans first, while others do not.
The milk would mostly be used for putting on my morning cereal. Thank you!

when out of the country. I found some soy powder and tried to make it myself. I put it in a blender and added filtered water and sweetener. It did not turn out so good. But I used it in a pinch.
Store bought is so much better.
