BTW, Imelda Hilton MyFamilyName is getting a hard time getting the rescue people she's talking with about adopting a dog to take her seriously, she's thinking as a function of her age (or because they called and talked to my Dad on one of his more senior moment-y days, and he was all "who's adopting a dog?") so I told her she could list you as a reference. Can I have her email you if she needs a written letter of rec or something?

if Paris Yersister is serious about taking care of a dog, and your dad is okay with her bringing one into the house AND you'll supervise the whole thing, then yes. I got mad clout in CA, you Humane Ballot Initiative promoting America-haters.

Written letter nothing. LMK who I should call if need be, but she can drop my name and my rescue as a ref. Put both the regular front desk number and my cell on the reference contact sheet.

5. She's researched for a year to find a breed whose needs work for her

and they got the fence replaced first, and one of them is home most of the day.

Dad's 100% in favor of getting a dog, as long as it's not a pit bull, not part pit bull, and was not so much as bred downwind of a pit bull. I swear, there are days I wonder if I'm adopted.
