Anybody ever tried MimicCreme?
I saw an ad for it in VegNews and I've looked at their site now. Looks fantastic. Is a good vegan alfredo sauce now possible?

3. My husband makes a great alfredo sauce that is vegan.
1/2 pound tofu
1/2 cup plain soy yogurt
1 tablespoon tahini
1 heaping tablespoon miso
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
pinch nutmeg
clove garlic From fast vegetarian feasts by martha rose shulman

This is a great sauce that I think tastes as close to a real alfredo as anything I have tried..

4. I bought some but I accidentally got the sweetened kind.
So I can make a dessert with it or something and let you know.

5. I bought the sugar free sweetened kind.
So far I’ve only mixed it in a blender with frozen fruit (blueberries and mangoes) and OJ. Depending on the ratio of ingredients, I had tasty versions of frozen yogurt, yogurt, and a smoothie. I’m going to try to make dark chocolate ice cream for dessert on tuesday, if I can find vegan chocolate.
It does not, however work well as a cream substitute in chai tea. I’ll stick with vanilla almond milk.

Thanks for the find.
