is proving delightful! I'm slicing the Mediterranean herb flavor onto crackers right now and it is very nice. I haven't tested its meltiness yet, but I don't even remember if real feta melts much. The texture is maybe just a bit off, but the taste is outstanding.

and feta doesn't melt at all, if anyone was curious. It will burn if heated warm enough but it won't melt. It will shed liquid though, a combination of brine and whey.
