2. There is an accompanying story about his diet

I really wanted to post it on one of the main boards but I'm not in the mood for a flame out. :)

He is an excellent example and advocate for diet and exercise in preventing illness.


"A vegan diet promotes healthy guts and promotes more of a leaner body mass," which particularly benefits men as they get older, Cassell said.

To Fremont, the proof is personal. Diet is the only common denominator in his recovery and the athletic success that came after it.
