This "Dutch Girl" has some tasty-sounding recipes I plan to try soon... and her photo-recipes are beautiful as well!

Here is one that sounds awesome to me!

1. That's an intriguing recipe.
If I ate eggs, that would be on tap for me tomorrow night (sans carrots). Looking at poking around that site some more.

The photography IS brilliant too, btw.

2. Aside from the vegetarian category,
she also has some good ones under vegetables... sides that would make a good meal, and things that only need a couple minor substitutions. I bookmarked about a dozen of her recipes.

I found it via StumbleUpon which took me to her FoodGawker page... and I was not familiar with THAT page either, so now I am having a Gawker-ama! Lots of good stuff!

3. BTW, and off-topic, I saw your post about Annabeth.
Didn't know you were a fellow rescuer. Thank you for your good work.

Shameless plug for Whiskerville, since some folks may not check your profile.

4. Awww, thanks :-)
I have 8 Whiskerville kitties, all the unadopted ones from the litters I have fostered. They are all now firmly entrenched in my heart, and I have pulled them from the adoption roster. I would sooner cut off my arm than let any of them go.

Annabeth is an awesome pup! Her siblings were adopted, and Donna (her foster mom) kept her, but she is having so much trouble coping, and now has to rely on help from her family... it tears her up to think of letting Annabeth go, but there isn't another option due to her situation.

Here is a YouTube vid... the man in the vid was Donna's husband, Annabeth's daddy...
