Review: Nasoya Silken Creations

At first blush I was not expecting much. A block of dark tofu packaged the same as other Nasoya tofu products.

When I woke up last night I find that Paul had made the Chocolate pie with a graham cracker crust. It was very dark and looked and smelled decent. We each had a slice and found it to be quite tasty. I took the remainder to work with me (after all, it would have been gone in a few bites!) and shared with some co-workers. Every one of them said it had excellent flavor. One of them said there was no way it was tofu, but he said it was dee-lish.

So there you have it. We all recommend it!

The pic on the chocolate looks fab!

Now if only I could find it. My local HFS is not very good at carrying new products & often times can't even special order them. I've been trying to get them to order some Field Roast products for two years, to no avail.
