Delicious TV Totally Vegetarian
Have y'all heard of this show? I happened to catch it on PBS when I was in Austin over the holiday and really enjoyed it :D

Here's their site: http://delicioustv.com

I'm going to try the Black Bean and Fire Roasted Tomato Soup recipe I watched demonstrated, once I have all of my ingredients.

2. You're most welcome!
:hi:

It was on the digital sub-channels and something called Create TV.

I've never hooked up an antenna to my TV to see if it could pick up the digital channels, but I know it has that capability. All digital TVs should be able to, so you might check it out that way. I'm trying to remember what day I saw it; might have been early Saturday morning.

Also, the video on the Delicious TV site shows her making vegetarian pot pies, but then she uses pre-made puff pastry. She never mentions if it's made with vegan butter like the rest of her recipe. So if that's a problem, I have a recipe for making your own puff pastry, using a food processor, if y'all would like to see it? :)

3. By the way, y'all can make your own puff pastry
and make it vegan :D
Just substitute the butter in the following recipe with your favorite kind. Unsalted is best, when you can find it. Puff pastry works mainly by the heat action of the oven, turning the water to steam. It's just imperative that the "butter" doesn't melt during the mixing, or you'll just have pie dough, basically ;)

This is a pdf and includes the other ways to use puff pastry than what would be called for with the pot pies :)
