My local HFS just got Daiya vegan cheese!

I've been writing to them for 2 years to find something better than Follow Your Heart.

I've never had it before so I got a package of each - cheddar & mozz. Now, what do I make?

1. Pizza!!!!!

2. One of our local places here just got it. They only have cheddar right now...

...but it makes a hell of a cheddar cheese pizza! :9

3. I just tried the mozz --

a few days ago -- melted great, but was a bit salty for me. Will try the cheddar next. :)

4. Nachos.

It was too damned hot to make pizza & we were anxious to try this, so I made nachos. I put all the trimmings on it - beans, diced onion, jalepeno slices, tomato & black olives. Topped it all with cheddar Daiya & put in under the broiler for a few minutes. It was damned good! Nachos with cheese! :9 :9 :9

5. It's awesome on veggie burgers

I put it on top and pop the burger in for a minute and 30 seconds and it comes out YUM.
