New Vegetarian

So a few weeks ago, I decided to start eating meat 1 meal a day to see if I could for health, environmental, and animal rights reasons. I discovered several tasty vegetarian lunch options near my place of employment. I found it to be pretty easy so a couple weeks ago, I decided to go completely vegetarian (ovo-lacto).

I am not super hardcore. I still wear leather shoes and won't freak out if I find out there was some animal bits in my bean burrito. I figure that as long as the animal who provided it was being killed anyway for other's meat consumption, its not too bad if I use some parts that would otherwise be thrown away. Now if I found out that animals were being slaughtered just for their skin to make leather, then I would have a problem with it.

the others are global climate change, soil erosion, polluted waters, health, etc... and I love veggies and grain!
