Now what? We were planning on having baked potatoes tonight, and I thought this might be a good addition. Do I just follow the directions on the package or does someone have a better preparation method.

1. I like to wrap it in foil, basted in apricot glaze. |

I move it around once so that the glaze doesn't burn because of the metal pan. If I've planned well, I'll have some of the Tofurky gravy on hand to go with it.
I hope you enjoy it no matter how you prep it.

Just glazed it in olive oil and some herbs like it said on the package. My son and I like it more than the tofurky roast. Wife and daughter like the tofurky better. We all liked it. It was heartier than the tofurky. The apricot glaze sounds good and I'll try it next time--thanks for the tip.
