Complete proteins for the soy and gluten intolerant?
No soy, no whey. Does anyone have any suggestions for other plant based complete protein sources?

1. Stop worrying about complete proteins.
If you eat anything other than the most wretched of junk-food-junkie diets you'll get all the aminos you'll need. If your diet has enough calories to keep you going it has enough protein to keep you healthy.

2. There's a company called Biochem
that makes a protein powder for vegan bodybuilders (if you can believe that), called 100% Vegan. It's pea/hemp/cranberry protein and is completely soy and gluten free. I can tell you in advance that it doesn't taste very good.

I personally like hemp protein a lot. It's my basic shake protein source. It's more expensive than soy protein, which I've also used extensively, but is out of the question for you.

3. beans and rice?
Is there gluten in those? That's the first thing I learned about being a vegetarian, the beans and rice combo = complete protein.
