We love this stuff. I've been using it in marinades and it is just so freaking good.

Veganessentials.com also carries it. (We had to get our current jar there as the store was out of it for a while.)

I've been using it to make a marinade for tofu. Pineapple juice, a bit of honey, ginger, garlic powder, onion powder and some pepper blend. Pretty tasty.)

Thanks for mentioning this! I am looking for sweetener options that are anti-inflammatory. Will check into this. :)
