Any good hot chocolate recipes?

It is cold out and I have a bunch of soymilk in the fridge.
Anyone have some favorite hot chocolate recipes to share?

1. A tested Mocha Java recipe . . . not too sweet.

Mocha Java

12 ounces veggie milk
2 teaspoon cocoa powder
1.5 teaspoon sugar
1.5 teaspoon instant coffee

Make one cup & adjust as desired for the next cup!

2. Hot chocolate

We just use Omanhene hot cocoa mix. At least one of them is vegan and it's quite tasty.

3. my hot cocoa

Mix together in a mug: 1 T. unsweetened cocoa powder
1 T. sugar or equivalent sweetener
pinch salt

Add a little water, stir and heat in microwave until dissolved.

Then add: 8 oz. non-dairy milk of your choice
1/4 tsp. vanilla

Stir, heat in microwave, and stir again.

4. Cocoa, vanilla, sugar, homemade almond milk and hot water.
