I'm tired of the veggie burgers and kabobs. Share your favorite veggie grillin' ideas.

1. I just discovered the joy of grilling portabella

mushrooms...yum. Using the same condiments as you would a real hamburger pattie, it's even tastier too!

2. asparagus

get the fattest spears (the thin ones will dry out) drizzle them with olive oil and sprinkle them with lemon pepper and coarse salt. Grill them or cook them in foil in the coals until they're camelized and sweet. Coat corn in earth balance and wrap in foil, cook it in the coals, or cook unshucked corn in the coals and then sprinkle it with chile powder and squeze lime juice on it. :) Packet cook potatoes asparagus, and squash in the coals.
