iPod at Wal-Mart??
Welcome to the crapification of the iPod. I really hope it doesn't last. Wal-Mart has a errie way of killing the brands they sell.

Yep, Apple will probably sell a ton of iPods through Wal-Mart, but at what cost to their reputation?

1. well, i guess they might not be as "cool"
but why shouldn't joe sixpack get to have an ipod too? If Apple doesn't sell at walmart then joe just gets a crappy windows media for napster device and apple is hurt even more.

2. They're only going to be $2 cheaper
I'm just saying that, in general, Walmart ruins the brand "superiority" of most of the things they sell. Just like Krispy Kreme has lost their brand by selling at every gas station and grocery store.
