This little machine is small, quiet, and very effective. And it just works. The four week wait was worth it.

1. And I am truly envious |

I've thought about getting one for a second computer, but I thought I'd wait and see how well it performs under Tiger.
If I may ask, is your monitor connected with a DVI connection or an analog? I've heard that analog monitors do not work too well with the Mini.

2. I'm using a 14" lcd monitor w/analog connection in the kitchen. |

The problem with analog monitors with the mini is the converter plug they ship with it. You have to be sure to tighten it as much as you can. Other than that the analog monitor works just fine with the mini.
I am truly impressed that they could pack such power in that little case. For the last year or so I've been wanting to build one of the new micro itx compuers but parts are so hard to find and expensive. With the mini I got the same size 'puter all put together with the OS and software for less than the price of the hardware alone on the Mitx box.
