Another HP printing problem |
|
I saw the other thread, but that isn't exactly what is happening to me. With 2 different HP printers and 2 different USB cords, the printer stops receiving the file to print.
I can get about 10 pages to print before it stops working - it just sits there thinking about starting to print (in the HP print monitor program).
I have to reset the software for it to work again - and then only for about 10 pages again. What's the deal? I even removed all the drivers and reinstalled and it still did it.

1. How are the printers connected... |

so how are the printers connect? are they attached via the back of the CPU (USB) ? Keyboard ? or USB HUB. Does the HUB have power? What is the version number for the HP UPB Drivers?

2. I tried 2 different USB cords straight into the CPU - no hub. |

It will print for a short time, then keel over.
Still not fixed.
