It's the "O" if anyone cares, and it still makes the letter (obviously) but the key is really stuck down. It's irritating and sometimes types "o"s of its own free will. This may be the most inane question ever asked in this group, but I'd love it if someone could help me out.

1. first turn it upside down
and shake. Try blowing it out, or vacuuming it.

If that doesn't work get a new one or run it under the faucet for a bit, shake out all the water, vacuum it out too. You then have to let it dry for a day or so before using. I've done that on several Mac keyboards after spilling soft drinks and tea in them. The one I am using has been washed several time. Maybe I am taking a risk, but so far it has paid off.

If you don't need the USB ports on the keyboard, get a Logitech PS2 keyboard. It is about the same size as the iMac keyboard (Key size and configuration) and sells for around $20.

2. Do you type a lot? If so, let me recommend the Adesso Tru-Form
keyboard. It's one of those ergonomic split keyboards with the hump in the middle so there's no pronation in your wrists when you're typing. I believe it's added ten years to the useful life of my hands.

Takes a couple of days to get used to, but once you do, you'll be glad you did.
