Fox exec says company open to iTunes deal
Fox exec says company open to iTunes deal

Fox Filmed Entertainment is open to a deal with Apple Computer's iTunes music and video service, its co-chairman said Thursday. "Of course, we'd be open to that. We believe it would be a great opportunity," James Gianopulos said at the Reuters Media and Advertising Summit.

Apple recently began selling some ABC TV network shows and music videos on its iTunes service, for play on its new iPod digital music and video player. Fox is a division of global media conglomerate News Corp., run by Rupert Murdoch. ABC is owned by Walt Disney.
