Looking for a remote monitoring camera that works with Mac and a cellphone.

There are several systems out there that work essentially like a long-distance baby monitor, sending the video image from the camera to an internet-enabled cellphone. So far, all these systems that I have found require PC's for the initial setup, even if you only want to use it on the phone and not on the computer.

Does anyone know of such a thing that works with Mac? I need to be able to monitor my elderly disabled parents at home while I go on short errands, etc.

I think this may require more tech-skill than I have, but who knows, necessity is the mother of learning. It doesn't look as if this will broadcast to a cell phone, but I'll do a little more reading on it.
