Just upgraded to Leopard.

Things I Like about Leopard
-the transparent tool bar
-the new "Today" button in iCal that's suppose to take you to 'Today"
-the new 'scroller' that tells you what time it is in iCal.
-downloads no longer download on to the desktop.
-the addition of a new 'preview' of any document or item in the finders view.
-the new shadows on open 'windows'
-new screen saver with "word of the day'
-the file 'previews'
-the new 'button' for new RSS's
-the new shade of blue highlight when scrolling on the tool bar.
-the transparency of the background when using the Dock
-iChat now tells you when someone is blocking themselves.
-new categories in iChat

Things I Hate about Leopard
-the failure of of the "Today" button in iCal to take you to Today when you have the 'Task' feature open when sorted by 'Due Date'
-the fact that tasks due dates take you to the calender date but when you click on 'Today', it fails to take you back to "Today"
-the analog clock is no longer available on the desktop.... which had some problems before that made it difficult to 'move' when other 'windows' where open.
-the fact that the 'shift/fn' key when held together no longer does 'slow motion' of the open 'windows'
-the new text for the icons on the Dock (with no option to turn the text off)
-the transparency of scroll function from the tool bar in Safari.

Things I'm Indifferent To
-the new 'stacks' concept....maybe it will grow on me....

More use will bring more comments.... but for now..... that is my initial comments.

1. I think Safari isn't as stable as before. The stacks are nice, they keep

me from cluttering the desktop.

2. Yea.....that's How I Feel about the Download File

....it prevents the desktop from being cluttered. For now, that's the best use of Stacks.

Stacks is kind of growing on me.....I'm rethinking how I can use it.

The spaces concept is just silly when the fn function can show all windows.

4. I like spaces because I can keep mail in one window, Gimp in

another, and mail in the third. F8 makes it easy to move one window to another space or move a whole space. It's like having four monitors.

3. Safari is very stable for me - its Flash that isn't

the only time I have crashed Safari is on sites using the new flash plug in - the last security update fixed that for me.

I like stacks for images and a set of apps I use once or twice a week.

5. If I have a lot of tabs opened, it will stop responding after a few

hours.

6. Annotations of PDFs,

What can I say, I am in love with that one. Yes, I can do same in my win machine, but it is not integral to the OS. It came with a third party app, the one I use to secure my PDFs... but this one came with Leopard and I am finding it to be extremely useful
