We need a iPhone friendly DU format.

I use my iPhone on this site alot. I am sure I am not alone. It would be great if Skinner could cater to the mobile readers with a site like Mac Rumours Mobile.

What say you?

1. What does DU look like

on the iPhone now?

Can you post a screen shot?

Is it that the screen real estate needs to be minimized?

2. It looks just like it does on a Mac or PC screen.

Just much smaller. Luckily you can tap and zoom in on posts and columns within the site, so I'm ok with it.

3. Making an iPhone (mobile) specific DU would be more difficult.

DU has multiple columns and formats depending on where you are on the site.

A blog, like Mac Rumours Mobile, is usually mostly one column with ads and links on one side or both.

Blogs are easy to transform into both a regular and a mobile version.

it doesn't bother me that much and I use my iPhone here sometimes. In the list of things I have to worry about, making DU more iPhone compatible is WAY down the list.
