I Love APPLE........... Story of a mixed up Xmas present and how they fixed it
For Xmas I asked for a year's membership with ProCare. I authorized my card and went to set up an appointment by calling the store near me. I was told that the ProCare card would only cover the Mac Genius Bar, and that they have a new card for One-to-One Training Sessions. I was told they could swap it out when I came in for my training.

I called back after talking to my hubby about what they told me. He said that was not what he was told when he bought it. So, I called back, this time I was told since I had a previous ProCare card, I was covered by both Genius Bar and One-to-One training.

:woohoo: Not so fast................

I set up my appointment and after the session, I was explaining what I was told about the cards, another staff member heard me and told me that I was misinformed, that my previous card and ProCare were not bundled together. I would have to switch out my card for the One-to-One card.

I asked if I could speak to the manager. The manager Billy, came and we discussed the situation, and I determined that I would switch out my card. Billy left and came back with a One-to-One card and proceeded to activate it. I was a wee bit sad that I had to give up my ProCare card, but I really wanted the One-to-One training sessions, so I rolled with the punches.

After activating my card Billy told me he because of the mix up he would GIVE ME the One-to-One card.......... FREE OF CHARGE.

So, now I have both cards. I can still go have my computers checked out, and have my Training sessions.:woohoo::applause:

I just wanted to share my story about why I love Apple. They really do take care of their customers.

APPLE:yourock:

Already a member?
If you joined ProCare before May 2, 2007, we’ve got some great news. We’ve expanded personal training, one of the most popular ProCare services, into its own program called One to One. We’ve also added great new features to ProCare to keep you and your Mac in top form. And the biggest news of all? You get to take full advantage of both programs for the rest of your membership.
