I posted the other day about my ports not working.

The repair too 48 hours! I just got my computer back and it is working well. They also gave me a new keyboard and touch pad. (One key was scratched. ONE key and they replaced the whole keyboard.)

How can anyone want a computer from any other company?

2. Two years ago or so, I had a motherboard go bad on my 17" Powerbook.

A couple of times a week, it would just suddenly go dead. I backed up my drive and sent it in.

Two days later, they told me the motherboard was indeed bad. They also told me that they were out of stock on motherboards and replacement PowerBooks.

They called the local Apple Store and told them to hold one for me. I walked in and they pulled a brand new one from their stock.

AND it was the latest model. So I got a brand new PowerBook, two generations newer with a faster processor, larger hard drive, and higher resolution screen.

I was pretty happy.
