i have a 10.3.9 and i need 10.4.11 to play WOTLK

is this possible?
I tried to get "ask an expert" help from the apple website and missed their return call today. so i went back to the website and asked them to pls call me back..
in the meantime; if you would be willing-i just need this question answered...

I'm getting my expansion pack friday

i also did a search in the forums at applecare tech support and i'm unable to make a determination from the results of previous posts-it's all too compli...cated.

1. Try this

Click on the Apple in the upper left of the screen and select "About this Mac".
When the little box pops up, there should be a software update button. Click.

I'm ready for Lich King too, although more important things (like heating oil) will take precedent.

2. Sorry, but this will not work

if you have 10.3.9 and you need 10.4.11 the ONLY way to get that is to go find a cdrom/DVD of OSX Tiger and load it onto your system.

you can not just download an upgrade from 10.3 to 10.4, legally anyway.

You may have to pay for it unless you know someone that will let you use theirs.
