Have any of you ever removed the glass on your imac?

I followed a link to a how-to on you tube and it looked pretty simple using a suction cup. I wanted to ask here before I tried it, I have some dust build-up under the glass. The build-up is not visible when the computer is on, but I can see it when it is off and it bugs me. I would appreciate any input.

1. Update I did it

2. Just make sure to use a lint-free cloth!

I think it'd be easy to end up with more dust behind the glass than you started with!
