User can control what website cookies are accepted, whether java and/or javascript is allowed, and whether images load. There is no page-by-page control over loading of images, such as Opera offers
If you encounter one of those horrid webpages where somebody an unreadable background/text color combination, you're out of luck, because Sunrise won't let you override webpage background and text color choices
Only a few toolbar buttons are offered: for example, there's no "find in page" button. Toolbar is drop-and-drag configurable. The window fade option is cute: I don't know how useful it is
Bookmarks appear in a (toggled side- or bottom-bar) as adjustable-size drop-and-drag-reorderable webpage thumbnails with a text label: this is at least as convenient as Opera's speed-dial feature. But one might want other options for viewing bookmarks
If you need a browser that allows you to define your own search shortcuts (such as typing sa whatever to open 6 new tabs and send 6 different search engines after "whatever"), you don't want the current release of Sunrise
Tabs are drop-and-drag-reorderable. The tabbed browsing seems not to permit opening a new link in a background tab -- when you open a new tab, there you go -- there's no control over this in Preferences. New tabs open at the right of the tab-bar (not the right of the tab from which the new tab was opened, as in Flock).
AHEM! After an number of tabs are open, tabs disappear to the left, as in Safari; after how many depends on the size of the window: there's no arrow-button, and the right-click context menu offers no help, so it's not clear to me to to re-access those tabs, except by (1) resizing the window or (2) closing enough tabs to the right. There's no multiline tab option, as in Opera
The save-webpage-as-pdf functionality as attractive -- but, of course, it probably only saves mac-users a few clicks, since the print menu will usually offer a "save as pdf" option
Over-all, it looks good and is easy to use for basic functionality with not-too-many tabs open
