1. Is this message coming from your ISP or from your local mail program? What is your local mail |
|
program? Which version of OS X are you running? Are you running a server that handles your mail, or is that done through your ISP (or some other offsite service)?

3. I don't know how MacMail works. Do you just visit a website to read and write your mail, or do |
|
you use some mail program installed on your own machine to access your mail?
And are you storing old/read mail on MacMail's server? Mail service providers typically limit how much space you can use, so you may need to go back and delete old mail, possibly after saving copies on your own machine
