Can anyone help me with info on setting up a site?

I would like to know what my options are. I want to have either a blog or a freeish website where I post photographs, sales items (only occasionally) and yet be able to control how it looks. It would be a diverse site really. It would be nice to be able to put up videos I have made also and have music options. I also want to know, since I am writing a book, if anyone knows how to approach a deal where or if a person can charge per chapter. This may be confusing......I did get an eBlog but have done nothing with it until I figure out what my other options are. I don't know if FaceBook is the answer. Am stupid when it comes to this collating of information.

It's free and it's easy. Once you get yourself blogging, you might want the other options you're talking about and design control, and may need to pay a blog host.

But there are very many choices. I suggest you don't go too fast. Just blog a while for free until you feel comfortable doing it. It is easy as pie, so it shouldn't take you long before you feel ready to branch out. And you will be able to post videos and photos and whatnot on the free wordpress site.
