I heard about this one on Mac OS Ken not too long ago. Donald Goodrich took his iPhone - which had stopped working - to the Apple Store at the Towne Center shopping center in Cincinnati, Ohio. And promptly told the woman who was trying to help him that he was so mad at his iPhone that he could shoot it, and then took out the gun and pointed it at the iPhone.

Goodrich had a concealed weapons permit, but was arrested on charges of aggravated menacing for causing the employee to believe that he meant to harm her. He also failed to tell the officer who responded that he had a permit, which is a condition of having that permit.
I find myself wondering if this guy is a teabagger who doesn't see a problem with people taking weapons to protests.
